Excellent assistance with Construction loan. My husband and I were looking for a construction loan to allow us to develop our property and Stephen was recommended to us. Given our situation and plans to build, it was not as simple as we had hoped. In the end, there was only one lender that we could apply with and thankfully we got the finance approved. Stephen kept us informed throughout the application, he informed us of the potential timing challenges with the lender and in the end, we are now starting our build. The ongoing support from Stephen and Cy has also been appreciated. There was an admin error with the interest charges they helped us recover after many weeks of discussions with the lender.
