Stephen assisted us when the interest rates on our home loans were no longer competitive. He was able to find a solution for us, even though I was on maternity leave. He was able to get us some equity to finish off some renovations, secure competitive interest rates, restructure our lending to remove a guarantor and even placed us with a lender who provided us with a cash back offer so the transaction came at no cost to us. Stephen was recommended to me when I was inspecting a property and after our initial conversations, I wasn’t completely sold on using a broker.
