Informative, professional, and patient. My partner and I found Fordable through a Google search a while back when we were looking to buy a new home. Stephen assisted us with a borrowing capacity at the time and it wasn't a straightforward process because of our circumstances at that time. Excellent assistance with Construction loan. My husband and I were looking for a construction loan to allow us to develop our property and Stephen was recommended to us. Given our situation and plans to build, it was not as simple as we had hoped. In the end, there was only one lender that we could apply with and thankfully we got the finance approved. Stephen kept us informed throughout the application, he informed us of the potential timing challenges with the lender and in the end, we are now starting our build.
